I'm an operator who doesn't accept the status quo.

I find the expensive problem in a business and fix it. For ten years I did that on the commercial side of hardware companies. At Razer I ran a $150M annual budget with a team of six. At Corsair I took peripherals to the #1 NPD share, with more than 50% year-over-year growth, Rookie of the Year in 2018, then the President's Award in 2019. At Meta I led global sales and merchandising while Portal units grew 300% and Oculus units grew 450%. Then I built a construction business in Indianapolis to $3M in its first year, with a maintenance department covering 3,000+ doors.

Estimating was the thing that kept breaking. So I built the software to fix it, from inside the company that needed it. That's Ballpark.

I'm looking for a fun and challenging new opportunity. The work I want is AI product, solutions, enablement, and forward-deployed, especially where the customer is doing physical work. Construction and field service are where I know the job.
